박재은__Jae Eun Park
I begin my work on a dark surface, scraping, erasing, and drawing out the light that emerges.
My figures and gestures appear like actors on a stage, carrying human emotions, power, and desire.
Working intuitively in printmaking, sculpture, and drawing, I explore tensions within ourselves and between each other.
Making art is a kind of play, a space where many perspectives coexist and light is revealed through the process.
